Lab and Report Teaming Policy

  • You are allowed to solve labs in teams of up to two people. A team can be created for one single lab, or for the whole term. You are allowed to work in pairs or alone. Once you start a lab as a team, you have to complete the lab before you are allowed to change or reconfigure the team.

  • Each lab will require some software development for the MSP-EXP432P401R kit. The assignment software will be distributed and collected through GitHub. Every student, regardless of the chosen team size, must download the assignment repository, and turn in the solution repository. If a solution was created by a team, every team member must make sure to upload the full solution to Github. It’s OK to share software code among team members. The team members are identified by listing all authors on your lab report.

  • Each lab requires a written report. The general guidelines for the report content are published in Report Guidelines. Your report must be published as a PDF file that resides in your github repository. When a team has multiple members, each team member must submit the report. Team members are allowed to cowrite and submit the same report.

  • When you work as a team, every member of the team will earn the same grade.

Don’t forget: whether you work as a team or alone, you have to make sure that you turn in a complete github repository with all code and a written report, for every lab.
